For the past year, the Crisp team has been working relentlessly to provide the 3,000+ Summit attendees the most unforgettable, unprecedented, and uncompromising law firm growth conference the legal industry has ever experienced. We embarked on this journey committed to raise the bar from the past six years — and the 2024 event delivered.

The 2024 Game Changers Summit brought together thousands of the nation’s most committed law firm owners, the most forward-thinking and fastest-growing leaders in the legal industry and beyond, some of the biggest names in the world, personal growth and business development experts, and so much more.

And by making this year’s event invitation-only, we ensured that the conversations in the room were truly high-level, growth-minded, and action-oriented. In an industry facing dire threats — including alternative business structures, the relentless rise of commoditization, a surge in retirements and cutthroat competition — adaptation will determine which firms survive. Keeping the event private was less about exclusivity and more a matter of necessity.

Thousands of law firm owners from around the country showed up in Atlanta to grow their businesses and change their lives.

Old friends reconnected, new friends met for the first time, and lucrative lifelong partnerships started to form.

By the time the clock struck nine, attendees were settled in for the 2024 Game Changers Summit.

First, attendees received an energizing welcome by the mastermind behind the Game Changers Summit, Crisp Founder & CEO Michael Mogill.

As the first day of the 2024 Game Changers Summit continued, Eric Thomas took the stage — and woke up the room in a powerful way. This world-renowned speaker, esteemed educator, and acclaimed author fired up every firm owner in the room and sparked inspiration in every heart.

Michael Mogill

Next, Michael Mogill returned to the stage for his always-popular Day 1 keynote presentation.

In this no-nonsense exploration of the current state of legal marketing, Mogill reshaped how law firms think about competition, standing out, establishing preference, and building a dominant brand in 2024 and beyond.

The 2024 Game Changers Summit has become known as a large-scale celebration of the accomplishments of the nation’s top firm owners.

For the second consecutive year, Michael and Jessica Mogill took the stage throughout the two-day Summit to recognize the most committed Crisp Coach members for their incredible transformations and contributions this year.

This highly-anticipated set of distinctions have become known as the Crisp Game Changer Awards.

Winners of these carefully vetted, highly prestigious awards were determined based on specific results each firm generated, each leader’s commitment to their goals, and more.

While Firm of the Year Awards at each level (ELITE, PREMIER, SELECT, and CrispX) were reserved for Day 2, four firm owners were celebrated on Day 1 for Excellence in the following categories…

Excellence in Visionary Leadership

First up, Darryl Kogan earned the Excellence in Visionary Leadership Crisp Game Changer Award! Kogan & DiSalvo earned this distinction for elevating their team and generating powerful results in their firm — and they’re just getting started.

Excellence in Client Experience

Later in the day, Justin Reden and Mike Riddell were named the Excellence in Client Experience winners! Reden | Riddell’s values truly shine through in the investments they make in providing your clients the absolute best representation and experience — so the award was clearly well-deserved.

Excellence in Community Impact

Next up, David Laborde and Digger Earles took home the Excellence in Community Impact Award to celebrate the meaningful impact they make in the community Laborde Earles firm serves.

Excellence in Firm Culture

To round out the first day of Crisp Game Changer Awards, James Hansen and Kevin Jensen won the Excellence in Firm Culture Award! Genesis Legal Group is remarkably innovative, team-centric, and results-driven — and it shows.

The Crisp Game Changer Awards continued throughout Day 2, this time announcing the official 2024 Firm of the Year Awards for each level of the Crisp Coach program: ELITE, PREMIER, SELECT, and CrispX.

First up on Day 2, The Law Office of Sofia K. Miguel was named the 2024 ELITE Firm of the Year!

Next, Charles Buist and Nicholas Spetsas of Spetsas Buist won the prestigious PREMIER Firm of the Year Award!

SELECT Firm of the Year

Josh Nelson of Nelson Elder Care Law then earned the title SELECT Firm of the Year!

Last but certainly not least, Eric Chaffin and Roopal Luhana of Chaffin Luhana were crowned the 2024 CrispX Firm of the Year winners — the perfect culmination of two days full of inspiring missions, unforgettable stories, and well-deserved awards.

The 2024 Game Changers Summit Impact

This year at the Game Changers Summit, we were honored to support Kate’s Club, a community for children and teens, their families, and young adults who experienced the death of someone close to them. With an emphasis on peer support, connection, and fun, Kate’s Club programs provide a place where grief is community.

100% of proceeds from the Summit swag shop and donations made directly by attendees went supporting this worthy cause.

Over the course of the two-day Summit, attendees banded together to raise $60,000 for this worthy cause. It’s an honor and a privilege to support this wonderful organization and make a difference in the lives of countless young people. We’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the law firm owners who helped make this impact together!

To close out the second day of the Game Changers Summit, we finally raffled off the incredibly cool Tesla Cybertruck every attendee had their eye on…

To close the 2024 Game Changers Summit, Grammy Award-winning rapper and actor Ludacris took the stage to deliver a private concert that kept the energy high until the very last moment!

After singing along, dancing the night away, and sharing a one-of-a-kind experience with thousands of fellow law firm owners, 2024 Game Changers Summit attendees closed out their experience with memories that will last a lifetime — and hearts and heads full of ideas and inspiration to put into action immediately.
