When Gerardo Briceno opened the doors of Bridger Law Group in 2013, he watched other firms aggressively pursue personal injury and immigration clients without getting the results clients deserved. Like most business owners, Briceno founded the practice to address a gap in the local market. He had deep knowledge of legal strategy, but didn’t have a background in entrepreneurship or operations.
