ATLANTA — April 28th, 2022 — The Atlanta Business Chronicle has named Crisp a winner of the Pacesetter Award for the seventh year in a row.
The Pacesetter Awards recognize 100 companies who have achieved the highest levels of growth in Atlanta each year. To qualify, your company must be privately-held; based in the 20-county metro Atlanta area and not a subsidiary of another company; established first quarter 2019 or earlier (to judge a two-year growth); has experienced a two-year growth in sales of more than 50%; and 2021 revenues between $1 million and $300 million.
Only the fastest-growing private companies earn the powerful Pacesetters designation and the invaluable recognition that goes with it, and we are incredibly honored to have made the cut.
Crisp is a law firm growth company. We help committed law firm owners and their teams differentiate their firms, amplify their brands, and dominate their markets. Our clients generate limitless growth in their businesses with superior brand differentiation, world-class video marketing, and transformational coaching. We’re on a mission to help over 1,000 law firm owners grow their revenue by $1 million ($1 billion impact) in the next five years.
Our approach is to take everything we’ve learned generating massive growth in our own organization and help the country’s most ambitious law firm owners do the same for theirs.
In the last year alone, Crisp has relocated to a brand new headquarters built from the ground up to reflect the unique needs of the Crisp team. In addition to a new home, Crisp annually invests over $1,000,000 in team member benefits.
The company even launched an internal campaign called the Crisp Crisp Effect Challenge in which team members document their growth and transformation in video form. The winner was determined by fellow colleagues, and Kennedy Pope was the 2021 victor. He brought home a brand new Tesla Model 3 as his prize – not to mention the positive changes he made throughout his journey.
“Organizations like ours play a vital role in creating a better future,” says Founder & CEO Michael Mogill, “and that starts with investing in your people.”
Mogill started Crisp in his apartment in 2012 with only $500 to his name. Since then, the company has grown astronomically, hitting eight figures in revenue and over 200% growth each year. All of this was done without any outside investments.
Though it took a while, Michael’s humble beginnings turned into multiple successful endeavors, both internally and externally. In 2018, the inaugural Game Changers Summit was born, which has since grown into the largest law firm growth conference in the world and has changed thousands of law firm owners’ lives all over the country. This year, we’re going bigger than ever and hosting it at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, GA — and we can’t wait to show you what we have in store.
The organization has even had the honor of helping those outside of the legal industry. At the Game Changers Summit 3, we helped raise $100,000 for Bert’s Big Adventure, a non-profit organization that provides a magical, all-expenses-paid, five-day journey to Walt Disney World for children with chronic and terminal illnesses and their families. Having the opportunity to help create memories to last a lifetime for those in need is possibly the greatest honor of all, and we can’t wait to continue the tradition of helping others.
Crisp is constantly looking for ways to grow, improve, and change to make sure the team has the best resources available — and one of those ways is by continuing to hire game changers who want to make the world a better place. If you want to be a part of one of Atlanta’s fastest-growing companies, see what we’re all about! If you’re smart, hungry, and humble, you’ll fit right in.
