We asked each member of our team what Crisp Culture has meant to them. This is what Zach had to say:
“Crisp is a tight-knit group of film industry professionals who take pride in being the best at what we do. To newcomers, the group can at first seem hard to break into, and it is. The reason for that is that we are used to excelling at a high level, and we don’t want our brand to be watered down. If you’re the type of person that works in the top 1% and is always pushing the envelope creatively, you’ll fit right in. You also have to be weird. We are weird, we like weird.
This is not a place to come and punch a clock and deliver “ok” products. We exist to deliver eye-catching and effective video strategies, regardless of the client. It doesn’t matter if it’s a brand video for Coke or a tour of a small town dental office. Our videos are the centerpieces for our clients’ entire marketing strategies, and we take that responsibility seriously every day.
If you’re the type of person who wants to be the best at what you do, and want to surround yourself with people who are the best at what they do, then Crisp is the place for you. We are very loyal to our people, and we want to be surrounded by people who are loyal to us. It might take a while to be brought into the fold, but once you’re in, we will fight flaming robot dinosaurs for you.” – Zach
