We asked each member of our team what Crisp Culture has meant to them. This is what Jessica had to say:

What most people here probably do not realize, Crisp was supposed to be a short-term venture for me.  I came in as a “consultant”, and I was going to set up some processes, get things in order, and then move on to my next life venture. However, I ended up staying.

So what keeps me here? The team! Our culture is 100% centered around the individuals who have come together to form what is Crisp. Startups are a lot harder than they look, and in the beginning, there is a LOT to figure out, people being the hardest part. I consider myself so lucky to come to work every day and spend time with people who I actually really like, people who I want to hang out with after we leave work too. I have never worked with individuals who give every single project and every single task their all and who push each other to uncomfortable levels, both personally and professionally. I have watched every person here grow, and I cannot wait to see how much more we can do as a team.
