Game Changers Summit Attendees Raise $200,000 for Bert’s Big Adventure

The Game Changers Summit is proud to change the lives of law firm owners across the country — but they aren’t the only ones whose lives are elevated by the event.
Following the success of the Game Changers Summit 3, Crisp once again partnered with Bert’s Big Adventure, a nonprofit organization that provides a magical, all-expenses-paid, five-day journey to Walt Disney World for children with chronic and terminal illnesses and their families — and the results were breathtaking.
Attendees at the Summit banded together to raise $188,000 for these wonderful kids and their families to have the greatest trip ever.
Bert, some of his staff, and even one of the special families involved in the program joined Michael on stage to receive the check, where Michael promptly crossed out $188,000 and rounded up to $200,000.
This sizable donation will help get these extra special kids to the happiest place on earth, where they can spend time doing what everyone deserves to do: simply be a kid.
Meet Bert’s Big Adventure
Bert Weiss, founder of BBA, is the host of Atlanta’s hit radio program The Bert Show, a mainstay that has been on air since 2001, with thousands of listeners tuning in every day. In 2003, the show laid the groundwork for the inaugural enchanting trip to Disney for seven families, which has since grown in capacity for the number of families and experiences the organization provides.
After having to take a year off from visiting Disney in 2021, BBA was able to get right back to all of the fun in March 2022, when were able to put their donations from the Game Changers Summit 3 to good use.
But BBA doesn’t just stop at one amazing week at Disney. It’s a community where families can learn from one another and lean on each other for support, because what these families are going through isn’t easy and shouldn’t be done alone.
From Family Reunion Adventures to the Fairy Godparent Volunteer Program, these extraordinary kids and their loved ones are showered with love, friendship, and kindness — even when a family must face harsh realities.
Losing a child is unimaginable, but the sad truth is that it can and does happen. When it does, the BBA family is there to help with the costs and emotional weight. While no amount of money could ever replace the loss of a child, BBA is committed to providing a sense of comfort that allows the grieving process to go at its own pace.
A Worthy Cause
BBA and Crisp have something big in common. We’re both in the business of changing lives — and together, there’s nothing we can’t accomplish.
It’s both an honor and a privilege to work with such a heart-warming organization and change little lives in a big way.
