Crisp Named 2022 Top Workplace in Atlanta

ATLANTA — May 12, 2022 — Crisp has been voted the #1 top workplace of all small businesses in Atlanta, GA by the Atlanta Journal Constitution, and we couldn’t be more proud to receive this incredible honor.
In order to win this award, 4,583 companies were nominated or asked to participate.
Research partner Enerage surveyed 73,135 employees of those companies, of which they received 42,698 responses back. Participants were asked to read statements and rank them on a 7-point scale from strongly disagree to strongly agree based on statements such as:
- “I believe this company is going in the right direction.”
- “My job makes me feel like I am part of something meaningful.”
- “This company operates by strong values.”
- “My pay is fair for the work I do.”
- “I have the flexibility I need to balance my work and personal life.”
- “New ideas are encouraged at this company.”
Based on these results, Crisp was selected as the Top Workplace for small businesses in metro Atlanta for 2022.
