Data Analytics & Systems Specialist

Philippines

Do you see systems, dashboards, and data pipelines the way others see spreadsheets?

Can you flip business questions into dashboards and automation faster than most people can book a meeting?

Are you the type to hunt down a broken formula or API bug at 11PM — not because someone asked, but because you had to know?

Final question: when faced with a challenge, do you get excited or run away?

At Crisp, we’re on a mission to help 10,000 law firms each grow their revenue by $10 million over the next 10 years, creating a $10 billion impact in the legal industry.

We’re hiring a Data Analytics & Systems Specialist to serve as the technical glue between people, platforms, and performance — building analytics tools, integrating CRMs, automating workflows, and delivering fast, flexible data solutions that move the needle.

This is a high-output, high-ownership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, communicates with clarity, and builds solutions that scale. You'll bridge analytics and engineering, working across Salesforce, HubSpot, Zapier, Google Sheets, Domo, and lightweight code to make information accessible, accurate, and actionable.

This is a remote (nearshore/offshore) role and part of Crisp’s Global Team.

Who You Are:

  • You’re wired for curiosity and proactive approach — whether you’re automating personal workflows, tinkering with Zapier flows, or building scripts to optimize how things run — you naturally seek ways to reduce friction, improve performance, and deliver value. You do this whether someone asks you to or not.
  • You’re a full-stack thinker — part analyst, part engineer, part systems architect.
  • You speak business and code — translating vague stakeholder asks into dashboards, flows, and automations.
  • You build fast and fix faster. “That’ll take two weeks” isn’t in your vocabulary.
  • You live and breathe Google Sheets or Excel — INDEXMATCH, ARRAYFORMULA, QUERY, you name it.
  • You have experience working with APIs, CRM automations, data pipelines, and dashboard platforms (Domo preferred).
  • You document, standardize, and clean up everything you touch.
  • You’re fluent around business revenue data — comfortable tracking KPIs, forecasting revenue, and aligning metrics to business outcomes.
  • You think like a product manager, communicate like a consultant, and execute like an engineer.

What You’ll Do:

Business Partnering, Analysis, & Enablement (50%)

  • Rapidly translate stakeholder needs into working prototypes and final dashboards in hours, not days.
  • Build flexible self-serve tools for teams across operations, marketing, sales, and finance.
  • Develop and deliver quarterly reporting packs; train teams on best practices and usage.
  • Be proactive with insights, catching trends, gaps, or red flags before leadership asks.
  • Build financial and operational forecasts to support strategic planning and performance visibility.

Dashboard & Reporting Engineering (40%)

  • Build and maintain real-time dashboards using SQL, Domo, embedded Google Sheets, and parameterized views.
  • Optimize reports for performance, row-level access, and reuse across multiple business units.
  • Maintain data dictionaries, define KPIs, and create architecture/process documentation.
  • Own data integrity — chasing down errors to the source and fixing upstream issues.
  • Reduce manual entry and eliminate error-prone steps with automation and validation logic.
  • Leverage Zapier and ELT tools to pipe clean, structured data between systems and platforms.

CRM & API Development (10%)

  • Architect Salesforce and HubSpot automations — flows, triggers, custom objects, etc.
  • Write and maintain lightweight API integrations (Python/Node.js preferred) to sync data between CRMs, Sheets, and dashboards.
  • Lead small integration projects from requirements through deployment (e.g., payment syncs, status updates, form integrations).

Our Requirements Are Pretty Straightforward. To Qualify You Must:

  • 4–5 years of experience in data analytics, systems integration, or operations engineering.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel (including advanced functions).
  • Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, Python or Node.js, and data pipelines.
  • Experience with Zapier (or other IFTTT tools), Salesforce, HubSpot, and Domo (or BI equivalents).
  • Strong communicator with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Experience building systems that reduce manual work, improve visibility, and increase accuracy.
Financially savvy — comfortable with forecasting, profitability metrics, and strategic reporting.
  • Detail-obsessed and documentation-driven — your work is clean, scalable, and repeatable.

Why Our Work Matters

Lawyers go to law school to learn how to practice law, but law school doesn’t teach them how to run a business. In a world where the best cases often go to the best marketers, not necessarily the best lawyers, legal expertise alone isn’t enough. That’s where Crisp comes in.

We partner with committed, growth-minded law firms that care deeply about their teams, clients, and communities. Often, it’s a David vs. Goliath scenario, where the most dedicated attorneys lack the resources of their larger competitors.

Our mission is to level the playing field, equipping these firms with the tools, strategies, and support they need to stand out and win.

We empower law firms to not only grow their businesses but also make a bigger impact — delivering better outcomes and driving positive change.

At Crisp, we’re here to ensure that the best law firms, no matter their size, have a fighting chance to lead, serve, and transform their communities.

By empowering our law firm clients to succeed, we’re not just building stronger businesses; we’re creating a ripple effect of positive change that impacts lives, families, and communities across the country.
