As the Operations Manager, you’ll be the “Swiss army knife” of our organization, seamlessly moving between departments to meet operational needs, solve problems, and build scalable systems. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring every aspect of the company runs like a well-oiled machine. Whether it’s creating processes, analyzing performance metrics, or jumping in to support a team in need, you’ll be our go-to “make-things-happen” person.

What You’ll Do:

As the Operations Manager, you’ll be instrumental in driving efficiency, scalability, and productivity across Crisp. This role requires versatility, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Collaborate across departments to identify and address operational challenges. Be the go-to person who can jump in wherever needed to ensure success.
  • Develop and implement scalable processes to support the company’s rapid growth, ensuring efficiency across all teams.
  • Monitor and audit existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing long-term solutions.
  • Use data to track capacity, measure performance, and assess operational effectiveness, ensuring client satisfaction and team productivity.
  • Serve as a "second-in-command" on operational initiatives, working closely with leadership to drive company-wide goals.
  • Build rubrics, scorecards, and quality control systems to maintain the highest standards across all departments.
  • Lead and support cross-departmental projects, ensuring they are on time, on budget, and aligned with company goals.
  • Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure measurable success in every department you touch.
  • Champion company-wide initiatives, communicating updates and ensuring alignment across teams.

What We’re Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you must embody the following:

  • Proven Experience: 5+ years in operational roles with demonstrated success in creating and improving processes in a fast-growth environment.
  • Tech Stack: Experience with Salesforce, Google Sheets (along with formulas, v-lookups, tables, charts, graphs) is required.
    • Experience with platforms such as: Zapier, DOMO, Coefficient, Typeform, ChurnZero, Zoom (admin), Calendly, Front, and ClickUp are preferred. 
  • Versatility: A proven track record of working across departments and quickly adapting to new challenges.
  • Process Improvement Guru: You excel at designing, auditing, and improving scalable systems that drive efficiency and productivity.
  • High EQ: Natural ability to build relationships and foster collaboration across teams.
  • Data-Driven Decision Maker: Expertise in pulling data, displaying data for users on a daily, monthly, quarterly, annual basis, and analyzing metrics to assess performance and guide decisions.
  • Leadership Skills and Self-Autonomy: Proven ability to manage and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Relentless Problem Solver: You see challenges as opportunities and tackle them with creativity and persistence.
  • Results-Oriented: A track record of delivering measurable operational outcomes that drive client satisfaction and team member behaviors that support client program utilization.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Ability to align and energize cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.

Preferred but Not Required:

  • Professional certifications in Salesforce, Six Sigma, and/or PMP.
  • Advanced knowledge of operational metrics, data analysis tools, and quality assurance practices.

Our Requirements Are Pretty Straightforward. To Qualify You Must:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in operational leadership roles at fast-growth organizations.
  • Have experience in, at the least, Salesforce and Google Sheets (along with formulas, v-lookups, tables, charts, graphs), and Zapier
  • Be a proactive, solution-oriented thinker who thrives in dynamic environments.
  • Have a proven track record of improving processes and driving measurable results.
  • Be comfortable with data analysis and using performance metrics to make decisions.
