Some of the hardest decisions you make as a leader are the ones no one will ever understand. “Sometimes they will never know all the things you protected them from or the problems you handled that they never saw.”
Caring about your team means telling them the truth, not protecting their feelings. “If you are worried about hurting someone’s feelings, you are not doing what is actually best for them or for the business.”
