Rethinking burnout. “The whole idea around burnout might be fundamentally flawed. Often, what is labeled as burnout is just high stress, frustration, or a lack of a powerful ‘why’ behind your work. If you can identify what truly drives you, burnout becomes less prevalent. Evaluating your vision and ensuring it still inspires you can alleviate feelings of burnout.”

Leadership by example. “The best businesses are not overly dependent on their owners. Taking time away is not just about relaxation but also stress-testing your team and systems. This practice reveals areas needing improvement and fosters a strong, independent organizational culture.”
